Games We’re Excited About In March 2018

2018 has already been an exciting year for gaming, with January seeing the release of games such as The Inpatient on PSVR and Monster Hunter, and February bringing us Shadow of the Colossus and Kingdom Come: Deliverence. Here’s a look at the games we’re most excited about for March 2018.

Devil May Cry HD Collection – March 13th – Windows, PS4, Xbox One

The first three DMC games are making their way to PS4, Xbox One and Windows PC next month! Pre-orders on Amazon are currently priced at £24.99.
The same 3 games were released for PS3 and Xbox 360 in 2012 and based on these screenshots released by CapCom, the graphics will look similar to that release.

Now if CapCom would like to officially announce Devil May Cry 5, I would much appreciate that!

Detective Pikachu – March 23rd – Nintendo 3DS

Now, who doesn’t want to solve mysteries with a talking Pikachu?! You play as a kid called Tim who is searching for his missing father, but ends up with a witty Pikachu! With puns like the “a bolt of brilliance” I am fully sold on this game! You need to examine clues, talk to witnesses, and uncover all the information to help Pikachu solve the cases!
This game also allows you to use the extra large Detective Pikachu amiibo figure to access all the cut scenes up to the current chapter played.

The Detective Pikachu Amiibo figure retails at £19.99 and the game at £34.99.

Far Cry 5 – March 27th – Windows, PS4, Xbox One

Ubisoft’s fifth main title in the Far Cry series is out next month and we are fully aboard the hype train. The game contains new features like being able to personalize your characters appearance, and there will be more emphasis on close combat, with a wider range of melee weapons. There is also a new recruitment system, similar to the Buddy system in Far Cry 2, where you will need to convince other locals to join your cause. The gameplay screenshots are looking absolutely stunning!

Pre-orders for the PS4 and Xbox One standard edition at Game are priced at £49.99

With April also looking like it’s going to be a good gaming month, with games like God of War, Yakuza 6: The Song of Life, and a new Adventure Time game (don’t judge, Adventure Time is awesome). Let us know the games that you’re most excited about seeing this year!
