All The Free Games You Can Get In February 2019

Each month, Playstation and Xbox reward their subscribers with a selection of free games. Here’s a look at what you can get in February 2019.

All PlayStation Plus free games are available from Tuesday 5th February 2019.

PlayStation 4


For Honor

This action fighting game, has a medieval fantasy setting, and allows players to play as a Knight, Samurai, or Viking. Heroes can be customised, with emblems, weapons and many other options. For Honor has a single-player campaign, Co-op mode and PvP mode.


Hitman: The Complete First Season

The Complete First Season of Hitman comprises of the first 6 episodes of Square Enix’s episodic take on the iconic assassin. It contains over 100 hours of gameplay, featuring all of the locations and missions from episodes 1 – 6.


PlayStation 3


Divekick

The worlds first ever 2 button fighting game. There is no need for a stick, and no need for finger contorting button combos! Divekick includes 14+ playable characters, including Johnny Gat from Saints Row, and supports both local and online multiplayer. If you download the PS3 version, you’ll also get access to the PS Vita version.


Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots

PS Vita


Gunhouse

Part puzzle game, part tower defense, Gunhouse has an infinite amount of levels, upgradeable weapons, and a unique art style. The aim of the game is to make big combos, to launch a hail of bullets and special attacks at the alien invaders who want to eat your orphan friends. Downloading the PS Vita version also gives you access to the PS4 version.


Rogue Aces

Will you be able to face the fiercest of foes with only one life and three planes? It’s time to join the Rogue Aces, and liberate the islands from the Baron and his dreaded pilots. Downloading the PS Vita version also gives you access to the PS4 version.


January’s PlayStation Plus freebies, Steep and Portal Knights on PS4, Zone of the Enders HD Collection and Amplitude on PS3, and Fallen Legion: Flames of Rebellion and Super Mutant Alien Assualt on PS Vita are all available until February 4th.

Xbox One

Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon (Available 1st-28th February)

Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon is the pre-cursor to the crowd-funded Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night, which is a spiritual successor to the Castlevania series. You can play as one of 4 interchangeable characters; sword-swinging Zangetsu, whip-cracking Miriam, magical alchemist Alfred, or Gebel, who can turn into a bat and take to the skies. The game has multiple endings, depending on how your characters interact with others in the game, providing plenty of replayability.


Super Bomberman R ( Available February 16th – March 15th)

Konami’s 2D action game Super Bomberman R includes characters based on other Konami originals such as Dracula Bomber, Vic Viper Bomber, and Goeman Bomber, and Xbox players have the exclusive character of Halo’s Master Chief, all alongside the 8 Bomberman Bros and the Five Dastardly Bombers.


The two backwards compatible games available on Xbox this month are Xbox 360’s Assassins Creed Rogue (available February 1st – February 15th) and OG Xbox’s Star Wars Jedi Knights: Jedi Academy (available February 16th – February 28th).

Celeste and Far Cry 2, which were January’s releases, are available until 31st January.
